The K9 Psychology Center is owned and operated by David and Kim Frensley.

David has been handling and training dogs for almost two decades. David has worked with the United States Police Canine Association, the Federal Aviation Administration Canine Program, the Transportation Security Administration Canine Program, the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Detection Canine Program as well as Individual dog owners.

David specializes in rehabilitating dogs with behavior problems such as aggression, pulling when on a leash, digging, barking, jumping on people, separation anxiety and dogs with house training issues.
